You can use Chalk Paint™ on a wide variety of surfaces outside. Garden furniture, walls, metal, concrete, matt plastic (like the planter pictured) and even terracotta. But… avoid painting teak furniture, this is a really oily wood, which makes it very hard for a water based paint to adhere to! Make sure whatever you paint is bone-dry, it will also need several rain free days to harden up. The paint will fade gracefully, if in any doubt always try a test area first to ensure you’re happy with the finish.
