So – I’ve been getting into this dry brushing a bit lately, why? Because it’s so easy and looks great too! This little cabinet with a bergere front took about 7 minutes to paint. No undercoat, sanding down, just a wipe over with a dry cloth to get rid of dust. The Old White has made it look like it’s had a sugar coating of frost, which looks great. Finished with Clear Wax. I sanded the top down and used a mix of Clear and Dark Wax. The table was done in the same fashion and it really shows off the grain in the wood.
