Wow – here’s some more of your lovely pieces. Thanks a million for letting us share. x
Here we have a great bottle makeover by Alana Love. Great name for it!
Emma Mapp has transformed a plain wooden frame – painted in Graphite, then used bronze loose leaf and finally sealed with clear wax.
Our very own Joelle has used our dovetails number stencils to give this set of drawers a unique feel. ‘And so it begins ….I have to get my handles on but couldn’t wait to share how I got on …. dark wood piece from TK max ..painted in Original , clear & dark wax and finally my divine number stencils from Dovetails in Graphite’
Kim Gallagher did this great piece of work.
‘Decoupage, Annie Sloan Paris grey & Clear Wax’
to get this really cool effect.
Ruth Banner has a wonderful dressing table – ‘I’ve used Annie Sloan Country Grey and Original, sanded the tops back and used Dark Wax. For the drawers I secured a table cloth round them, said a little prayer, and then used a small roller to apply Original over Country Grey.
I gave them a light sanding down, as this helped disguise imperfections, and kinda age the look.
This is how talented Sophie Metcalfe produced the finish above
‘I used Emperor’s Silk mixed with a little old white for the legs of this solid oak table. I sanded down the top and and covered with dark wax. 4 of the chairs are painted with Antibes Green and the other 4 are a mixture of Emperors Silk and Greek Blue which created a beautiful purple shade. The fabric on the chairs is by Liberty

Tara Hyson has a brilliant glazed cupboard -‘ Hi, I just wanted to share with you a piece of work I’ve just finished…. I absolutely love it….All thanks to you, your advice on this page, and of course good old Annie. Just in case your wondering…. Yes, that totally old ‘I’ve just found you in a barn’ look is what I was aiming for thank you’
Love this transformation of a stainless steel lampshade by Ulla-Britt Malm in Sweden – thanks for sharing Ulla-Britt.
“Annie Sloan Graphite, some Olive, Primer Red, Barcelona Orange, Dark Wax and copper…”
The seriously skilled Diane from @thepaintfactory again – we love her stuff and she paints and paints and paints!
‘It was a toss up between Black, White, or Blue.
White is really boring to paint.
Someone else had posted a vanity in Black on Craigslist.
So – Blue won.
Happy, happy, happy.
