Loving this sunny spell – 3 hour makeover on this Chest Of Drawers, 1 coat of Antoinette where I wanted it to show through, 1 coat of Old Violet. Top sanded down and given a wash of Antoinette, just enough to let the grain show through then Clear Waxed – I added a little bit of Clear and Dark mixed to give it some age. The whole piece was Clear Waxed with a little bit of Dark wax here and there – start to finish in about 3 hours, all I need to do is give it a buff in the morning…and I think I got a bit of a tan to boot! Roll on more sunny days 🙂
